Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally under the following conditions:

    • Payment method for purchasing is either Wire or ACH Transfer; or,
    • If international customers agree to the return policy outlined on the Refunds & Returnspage. Please read these terms carefully, or give us a call before making a purchase to help you coordinate your purchase and delivery.

 


Orders in the United States

The following shipping guidelines are for USA customers:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been verified. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in processing your order.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to view the shipping costs for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, and public holidays.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations due to their size, weight, or contents. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions for specific products, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Signature Requirement

For certain high-value orders or orders containing restricted items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your package. If you are unable to be present to sign for your delivery, please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements.

 

Shipping Damage

Please thoroughly inspect your package upon delivery. Customer must notify the carrier of any visible damage at time of delivery for insurance claim purposes.
 
Non-visible damage to the product due to shipping must be reported to Vyzorb within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
 
If the equipment is damaged beyond use or visibly needs repair, the customer should refuse delivery of the shipment and notify Vyzorb immediately.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate the expected delivery date.

International Orders

Please carefully review the following policy regarding international orders:

1. No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, customs regulations, and the handling of medical equipment, we regret to inform our international customers that all sales are final. By placing an order with Vyzorb, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once your order has been shipped internationally, you waive the right to return or exchange any items for any reason. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or any perceived defects.
  • All Sales Final: By making a purchase, you agree that all international orders are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Responsibility for Shipping and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements and handling any associated costs or risks. Please note:

  • Shipping Arrangements: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for coordinating the shipping of your order from our facility to your destination. This includes choosing the carrier, managing logistics, and covering any shipping costs.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs clearance.

3. Chargeback Prevention and Agreement

In order to protect against fraudulent chargebacks and ensure a secure transaction process, you agree to the following:

  • Waiver of Chargeback Rights: By completing your purchase, you agree to waive any and all rights to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. All disputes will be handled directly with Vyzorb.
  • Binding Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and understood this policy and accept it as a binding agreement. Any attempts to file chargebacks or disputes with your financial institution will be considered a breach of this agreement, and Vyzorb reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Product Warranty and Liability

While returns are not accepted for international orders, our products may still be covered by manufacturer warranties. Please review the product-specific documentation included with your purchase for details on applicable warranties. Vyzorb will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping or customs handling.

By completing a purchase with Vyzorb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between you (the buyer) and Vyzorb Inc (the seller).
