Return Policy

Unless otherwise specified our standard refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There may be a manufacturer and/or distributor restocking fee on returns. Restocking fees vary by manufacturer and are processed after the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please check the product description to determine if an item is eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Product was opened and has obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unused. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty information can be found on each product page under the Key Features and within the product description.

Warranties will vary by product, condition (Factory New, Factory Refurbished, and Certified Refurbished), and by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins on the date the item is delivered/received by the customer. Please be sure to unpack, inspect and test the items in a timely manner.

Factory New Items: Warrantied by and through the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be processed through the original manufacturer. Vyzorb is available to assist with any manufacturer warranty claims.

Factory Refurbished: Products are warrantied by and through the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be processed through the original manufacturer. Again, we’re here to to assist with any manufacturer warranty claims.

* Please note that shipping charges are usually not covered under warranty for non-continental US orders and orders for Factory New and Factory Refurbished items.

 


International Orders

Thank you for choosing Vyzorb for your medical equipment and healthcare product needs. Our commitment to delivering high-quality products is paramount. Please carefully review the following policy regarding international orders.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, customs regulations, and the handling of medical equipment, we regret to inform our international customers that all sales are final. By placing an order with Vyzorb, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once your order has been shipped internationally, you waive the right to return or exchange any items for any reason. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or any perceived defects.
  • All Sales Final: By making a purchase, you agree that all international orders are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Responsibility for Shipping and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements and handling any associated costs or risks. Please note:

  • Shipping Arrangements: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for coordinating the shipping of your order from our facility to your destination. This includes choosing the carrier, managing logistics, and covering any shipping costs.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs clearance.

3. Chargeback Prevention and Agreement

In order to protect against fraudulent chargebacks and ensure a secure transaction process, you agree to the following:

  • Waiver of Chargeback Rights: By completing your purchase, you agree to waive any and all rights to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. All disputes will be handled directly with Vyzorb.
  • Binding Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and understood this policy and accept it as a binding agreement. Any attempts to file chargebacks or disputes with your financial institution will be considered a breach of this agreement, and Vyzorb reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

4. Product Warranty and Liability

While returns are not accepted for international orders, our products may still be covered by manufacturer warranties. Please review the product-specific documentation included with your purchase for details on applicable warranties. Vyzorb will not be held liable for any damages that occur during shipping or customs handling.
